I understand that life happens and plans can change. To respect the time reserved exclusively for you and to ensure fairness for all clients, please review the following policy:

• Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment: 50% of the service fee will be charged.

• No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged. A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.

• Late arrivals (10 minutes or more): May require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation, with the same fee applied.

• High-demand services or first-time clients: A deposit may be required to secure the appointment.

• Repeat late cancellations or no-shows: Prepaid bookings will be required for future appointments.

Emergencies do happen. If something unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible. While accommodation is not guaranteed, I will always do my best to reschedule when time allows.
