Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and plans can change. To respect everyone’s time, please note:

• Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments: 50% charge.

• No-shows: charged 100% of the service cost; a credit card will be required to secure future bookings.

• Arriving 10+ minutes late: may require rescheduling, same fee applies.

• High-demand services or new clients: a deposit may be required.

• Repeat late cancellations or no-shows: may require prepaid bookings.

Emergencies don’t always come with warning. If something unexpected arises, reach out as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to accommodate and reschedule your appointment.
